Delivery was punctual and the unit was set-up in ample time for the event. Gerald, the delivery man, was professional and polite. Kudos to BEST!

There are not enough superlatives for me to use about Best Portables. Great experience overall and the sales guy is really up front and honest about the cost and timelines. The man deserves a raise!!! Timely, efficient service. I will be a repeat customer.

We've used portable units for years at our summer camp. However, response to inquiries/service was spotty and undependable and cost kept climbing. So, we contacted Best and they gave a prompt, courteous response to our estimate request. They met our specific needs at an affordable price. Sales rep listened and delivered. We are happy with their prompt weekly service. The technicians are thorough, polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

Quick delivery, brought the bin at the time he said he’d be here, no waiting around. Great communications, before, and after delivery. No issues at all!

Rented a roll-off dumpster from them. It was dropped off and picked up exactly when I requested it. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these folks.

I had a wonderful experience with Chellene at Best Portables. She was timely, professional and extremely understanding of the unique needs of our event. Even when we messed things up, she made it work. I highly recommend them and plan to use their services again in the future.

Owner and employees are very respectful. They make sure everything is done in a timely manner. If problems arise the owner makes sure the issue is resolved to the best of her abilities. Would refer this WOMAN OWNED company to anyone needing this kind of service.

This is a woman owned business and a small business. I had come down for a family event and the other company we got to do our services back out at the last minute didnt deliever and called 30 mins before the event started. I called this company on a recommendation and they were there within 45 mins of that call. They really saved our event. She even threw in a free sink and apologized for the other company and also for not being able to get there sooner then the 45 mins. I really appreciated everytime I had a problem I can actually call and speak to the owner and she does everything she can to make it right or work with you. Can not say enough good about this company. The operators who drop and clean are friendly and personable not rude at ALL. The bad reviews on her I suspect are people who either worked previous for her or are out to shut down A SMALL WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS. Call today and see the customer service for ure self. The lady in the office is awesome and again if u have a problem the OWNER will contact u if u ask. Not ma y business can u get and talk to the owner. Again I can not say enough good things about this company. Thank u so much for the service u gave me. I will be using this company for ALL my events.

Disgruntled employees do not make good reviewers. This is a spot on business. They strive to provide the best customer service available and work hard. Give them the chance to show you.
